Puzzle Album / Privacy

Updated October 12, 2026. Puzzle Album, an ARW venture, collects your account email, profile name and handle, optional avatar, uploaded photographs, puzzle progress, and billing references to operate your account and puzzles. Guest photographs and progress stay in browser storage.
Private by default
Your email is not shown on public profiles. A public profile displays your name, handle and avatar only after you opt in. Photographs become publicly accessible only after you separately request publication and they are approved. Public content may be copied by anyone who can view it. We remove image metadata from uploads processed by our server; do not include sensitive details in the visible photograph itself.
Site statistics
We record page views, a random browser identifier, device category and referring website to understand site usage. We do not include your photographs, email, URL query strings or profile handles in these statistics. Browser identifiers remain in local storage until you clear it. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this tracking. Counts may miss browsers that block tracking or storage.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides account authentication, database and private image storage. Our configured email provider delivers sign-in links. Stripe processes payments; we store customer, subscription and payment identifiers, not your full card number. These services process data as needed to provide the product and protect it against misuse. We do not sell your photos or account information and do not use them to train generative AI.
Storage and retention
We keep your cloud album and progress while your account exists, subject to the beta limits. Cancelling membership does not delete your album. Browser storage holds local saves, account sessions and temporary checkout identifiers. Removing browser data removes local copies. Hosting, authentication and billing services may keep security, operational or legally required financial records separately.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, make it private, withdraw publication requests and sign out. Contact austin@arw.ltd to request access to or deletion of your account and stored photographs, or to raise a privacy concern. We will verify ownership before acting. Keep copies of photographs you want to retain before requesting deletion.
