Puzzle Album / Beta terms
Time well spent.
Updated October 11, 2026. Puzzle Album is an ARW venture offering an online jigsaw game and personal photograph albums. This is an early beta. Features and limits may change; we will tell members about material changes before their next renewal.
Your photographs
Upload photographs you own or have permission to use. You retain ownership. You allow us to process, store and display them to provide your puzzles and album. Photos are private by default. Making your profile public shares your name and avatar; photographs require a separate request and approval. Community play and challenges are not included in this beta.
Play and membership
During the free beta, creating a profile gives you unlimited free puzzle starts and replays. No card or paid membership is required. Photo-storage allowances still apply. We will tell you before paid access returns; creating a free profile does not authorize any future charge.
Monthly membership is $3.99 per month and annual membership is $29 per year, billed in US dollars and renewed automatically until cancelled. A pack of five puzzle credits is $7.99 as a one-time purchase; credits do not expire. These offers are paused during the free beta. A gift pack of five credits is also $7.99. After payment, the purchaser shares a gift link with a friend, who signs in and redeems it once for their account. Anyone with the unredeemed link can claim it, so share it privately. Gift credits do not expire; refunds or payment disputes revoke unused gift credits. The recipient chooses their own photographs.
Cancel a membership using Manage billing on the Membership page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not delete your album. Saved puzzles remain accessible without an active membership. Contact austin@arw.ltd for billing problems or refund requests. We will investigate duplicate charges and service failures; applicable consumer rights still apply.
Beta allowances
Each account has an allowance of 100 cloud photographs and 100 MB of processed uploads including avatars and upload attempts. Deleting an image does not reset this upload allowance. Membership covers new starts within these limits. Uploads are limited to 20 attempts per hour. Do not evade limits, misuse another person's photographs, upload illegal content or interfere with the service.
Service and support
Keep your original photos separately. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or recovery of browser-only copies. If we discontinue paid access, we will stop future renewals and communicate the treatment of prepaid access. For account deletion, data access, or support contact austin@arw.ltd.
